Returns and refunds
We'd rather sort it out than argue about it. We are anti-marketing, not anti-accountability.
You have 14 days
Under EU consumer law you have 14 days from receiving your order to return it, for any reason.
For hygiene reasons, soap that has been unwrapped and used cannot be returned. Unopened, unwrapped items can be returned in original condition.
How to return something
Email us with your order number and the reason.
We'll confirm the return address.
Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty.
Faulty items
If something arrives damaged or wrong:
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include a photo.
- We'll send a replacement or a full refund. Your choice.
Refunds
Processed within 14 days of us receiving the return.
To your original payment method.
Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the item was faulty.
Cancelling an order
If your order hasn't left the workshop yet, email us and we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has shipped, the 14-day return right above applies instead.
We also reserve the right to cancel an order ourselves. If we do, you get a full refund.
What we don't accept returns on
- Used soap, for hygiene reasons.
- Limited edition items after 30 days.
- Custom or personalised orders.
