Customs and import duties
For orders outside the EU, customs charges and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over customs delays.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 2 working days. Handmade products are made in batches — if something is out of stock we'll contact you within 24 hours.
If a rack gets forgotten in the dark, the soap is probably better for it, but your order might take a few extra days. We'll let you know.
