Terms and conditions

All soaps are handmade in small batches. Weight varies between bars because they are cut by hand. This is not a defect. Each bar carries the Snob Duck stamp and has passed required microbiological safety testing.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly from product photography. Again: handmade.

All prices include Greek VAT at 24%.
Prices are in euros.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice. The price at time of order is the price you pay.

Orders are confirmed by email.
We reserve the right to cancel any order. If we do, you get a full refund.
We don't accept orders from persons under 18.

We currently accept:

• Direct bank transfer. Your order ships once the funds have cleared.
• Cash on delivery, for orders within Greece. A surcharge applies and is shown at checkout.

Card payment is being added. When it arrives it will be handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor and we will never see or store your full card details.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it, and used soap can't come back for hygiene reasons. The full policy, including how to return something and what happens if it arrives damaged, is on the returns and refunds page.

Everything on this site — the writing, the drawings, the packaging design, the photographs — belongs to us. Don't use it without asking.

The drawings belong to Γιωλένη. She's three. Don't even think about it.

Greek law applies.
